When you register for IISPilot, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. Our agent software collects server performance metrics (CPU, memory, disk usage), IIS configuration data (site names, bindings, app pool settings), SSL certificate metadata, and system event logs from servers where the agent is installed.
We use your data to provide the IISPilot service — displaying server metrics in your dashboard, sending alert notifications, generating compliance reports, and managing SSL certificates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored in SQL Server databases hosted in South Africa. Metric data is retained according to your plan tier (7–365 days). Configuration backups are retained for the same period. You can request deletion of all your data at any time from the Settings page.
IISPilot complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We process personal information lawfully, minimize data collection, and implement appropriate security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, HMAC-SHA256 API authentication, and BCrypt password hashing.
The IISPilot Agent collects only server infrastructure data — no personal data from your website visitors, no application data, no database contents. PII in log entries is automatically redacted before transmission. The agent communicates exclusively with api.iispilot.co.za over HTTPS.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can export your data or close your account at any time from the dashboard Settings page. For data-related requests, contact us at iispilot@xeeholdings.co.za.
